Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. For larger items, or for products that require a two-man delivery team, a flat shipping fee of £19.99 will apply.

Supplier Shipping: Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take a little longer to arrive. You’ll receive tracking information for these items as soon as they are dispatched.

Do you offer click & collect?

Do you offer an option to leave in a safe place?
For added convenience, some of our delivery partners offer the option to leave your package in a secure location if no one is available to receive it. You’ll be able to select this option directly through the carrier’s tracking or notification system. Please keep in mind that this option may vary by carrier and location.

Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Made-to-order furniture or large appliances may take 2-4 weeks. You'll receive confirmation of your delivery date once your order has been placed.

Tracking availability depends on the type of product and the carrier handling the delivery. Many of our items come with tracking, but some categories or delivery services may not support it. If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a link via email to follow your shipment’s progress.
What do I need to do before my delivery arrives?
We want your delivery to go as smoothly as possible, which means that we need a helping hand from you on the day. You might want to plan how your driver will access your property, and how your new appliance will get to its new home in your house. It’s a good idea to move your car off your drive, furniture that could get in the way, or even take pictures down that could get damaged during delivery. If we’re disposing of an item for you, make sure that it’s ready for us to take. Make sure you keep an ear out for phone calls or knocks at the door. It could be your delivery!
Where can you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK excluding the Highlands and Northern Ireland. We may not be able to deliver if you're in more remote parts of Scotland or if we can, delivery fees may be higher. Due to courier restrictions, we can't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland.
We work with various delivery partners, For smaller items we partner with DPD. Our large products are delivered by our 2-man logistics company, Furdecco. If your order is being delivered by DPD, we will let you know the night before, so you are fully informed on the delivery process.
