All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, minor variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that product details are always error-free.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once we issue an order confirmation, a contract is formed in accordance with UK contract law. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express), including some pre-paid cards. Full payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.
- Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods at your own cost. (see Returns and Refunds).
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are based on the size/weight of the items and the value of your total purchase. Any small items with an order value less than £50 is charged at a flat delivery rate of £4.95. Multiple small items with a combined order value of more than £50 will qualify for free delivery. Large items (such as white goods and furniture) have a flat delivery fee of £19.95. Your delivery cost will be confirmed at checkout, but please ask if you are unsure whether your item is categorised as small or large.
- Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. Bespoke or made to order items will have a longer lead time. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we aim to meet these, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to charge for a failed delivery or if delivery needs to be re-arranged due to you not being available to accept the delivery at the pre-agreed date/time.
- Risk of Loss: Once goods have been delivered to you, responsibility for them passes to you. Until delivery, risk remains with us.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Right to Cancel: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To exercise this right, please notify us via email or in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Policy: You must return your cancelled order within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel it. Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty or not as described. You may also be responsible for a re-stocking fee.
- Refunds: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If a re-stocking fee is due, this will be deducted from your refund before it is processed.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some products, such as bespoke or personalised items, cannot be returned unless faulty.
7. Warranty
All Products and services supplied by Our4Walls come with a 12-month warranty. Most items will also come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which the customer is responsible for registering. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If the product you purchased is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. User Accounts
Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including breach of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
